I write this review on 2/4 or 15 business days since I placed an order on 1/15. Their delivery policy is 3-10 business days for free delivery. So I should have received my filters between 1/20 - 1/29. According to their order tracking system, it's been at a processing facility since 1/25 with no further update. So I called customer service today and they said it was probably lost. They offered to ship via FedEx Ground which would take another 2-3 business days or middle of next week. When I asked if they would offer any discount for the delays, they said no. Upset, I decided to cancel the order, and purchase my filters elsewhere because I don't feel I should have to wait a min of 18 business days (25 total days). Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
