We had a customer purchase products from us on 5 separate occasions, then denied the charges even though we had valid purchase orders and delivered everything that was ordered. Versapay refused to honor its commitment to fraud prevention and did NOTHING to help us get the chargebacks reversed. DO NOT use this company to process credit cards. You will be putting yourself at risk.
