Why does the Customer Service Phone Line give their Customers the "RUN-AROUND"? THE WEBSITE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP LIED TO ME AND TOLD NE 5 WEEKS AGO THAT,THE WEBSITE WOULD BE BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK! ALL YOU GET IS A MESSAGE, WHEN YOU TRY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE? WTH/TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Tip for consumers: Please be more Transparent, regarding how long that your Website will be down for "MAINTENANCE" IT HAS BEEN DOWN FOR "MAINTENANCE" for over 2 Months !!! WTH ??? YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES LIE, and tell people false information about when "THE WEBSITE" will be. Acknowledge up and running. I was told 6 weeks ago, that it would be back up in several days ??? 2 Months ago.
