I made a reservation without realizing I was on their web site. I called the hotel and asked about their cancellation policy and they said if made before 48 hours, no charge. I was ok with that. Didn't realize I was on reservations.com. Once I realized I contacted them 5 minutes after I booked and asked them to delete the reservation, they would not. I called them and wrote them, to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and plan to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They say it's non refundable because of the great rate. That's a lie too, I can get the exact same rate booking directly with the hotel. My advice, stay away from this Company they are just crooks.
