We did a cothing drive for my kids school back in May and sent it to schoola. When I followed up with them 3 months later they still hadn't even processed any of the items. Its now December, 7 months after sending thousands of dollars worth of clothing and we haven't seen a dollar or heard anything. Totally unacceptable and is looking more & more like scam.

We received donations were received on 8/30/16. It is true your items have not yet been sorted and photographed for listing due to a backlog in donation processing -- we received a record number of donations this year, which has delayed our normal processing time significantly. We're working hard to catch up, with new processes and additional staff. We are still taking the time to check every single item that makes it onto our site. We really appreciate you bearing with us through these delays, and are looking forward to being able to turn your items into funds for your school.
