I bought a jacket recently where the materials, design, and colors did not match with the image provided on the site. (The materials were heavily processed too so it smelled horrid) Not only that but the return policy makes the customer responsible for return shipping fees and as they operate overseas that's already a +$300 estimate which is not worth; especially when initially given a 20% refund on my order.

Customer service will not help you, they dodge the clear and obvious problems, and will take on average 2-3 business days to between replies. You can't even leave a review on their actual site or feedback links which shuts out fair criticism.

If you want a quality jacket, this isn't the place to get it.
