I knew I shouldn't fall for an Instagram Ad, but here I am having to leave an awful review. Placed an order on july 2, with 7-15 days maximum shipping which would have been 7/27. It is now 8/9 and after ELEVEN reach outs on my behalf to refund my order, I have not received product or confirmation on a refund. I've opened two claims with my bank to refund this charge. Costumer service at pipi dress is awful. The email address provided kicks back emails or when it does go through I do not receive a response. Major headache and waste of time for over the past month.
