I used store credit from a previous return (that was a whole cluster as well, but I thought it was simply due to covid) to order a corset in May 2021 and I still haven't received the item. It is now June 2022. Every time I send an email to customer service asking where it is I get told it should be in "by the end of the week"- I've been hearing that since last August. They also refuse to just give me back my store credit so I can actually get something, so I am effectively out 100 bucks. Do not purchase from here, they will scam you!
