I have been a steady customer for nine years and, recently, I have noticed a lack of friendly welcoming when arriving at the salon. The greeting of "Welcome to Great Clips" is missing from the staff. I mentioned this to my stylist and a nearby stylist poked her nose into our conversation and said to grab a seat and do your own welcoming. Snotty young girl who needs to mind her own affairs and concentrate on her own customer. For the first time in a number of years I did not tip the stylist and I will be scouting the area for a new salon.
