I have had 2 good and 4 bad experiences with Zazzle. I ordered 4 items and all had some issue... like never sent and tracking remained at "label prepared", rejected design on one item, but printed on another, poor printing that was skewed and incorrect ink that was nowhere near the preview "proof". Customer services takes a long time to get through to while being in the hold queue. With each call (6 of them), they either eventually gave me a refund, or fixed the issue. It's been exhausting. It would be nice to know why a design gets rejected.
