I don't normally shop for jewerly. I am as my kids tell me, technologically challenged. But I knew what I wanted and after looking the Internet all over, couldn't find it. I decided to just send a text to the store and ask for help. Seconds later, a call popped up on my phone from Israel. I cautiously answered and there was Yoram, ready to fulfill my request! Through it all, I was a little doubtful about dealing with someone halfway around the world. But Yoram's sincerity, integrity and faithfulness has made me a believer. The name pendant was lovely and arrived so quickly it was amazing. I consider Baltinester now my LOCAL jeweler and I live in Michigan. Blessings to you and keep up the good work.
