I placed an order for contacts; they never arrived due to theft. The deliver picture looked like my porch, as I stated in the conversation. But I live in the suburbs; it could've been any other porch.
When I got my replacement, I realized I placed the order for the wrong prescription. Their website states a full refund for returns within 30 days for unopened contacts. They fully denied my return because "it's not our problem your package got stolen from your porch" terrible customer service
Take your business elsewhere; they are the same company as Kits and they don't know how to treat customers. No I'm out $192 on useless contacts. Never again
