We love it except the last day of our major project, the spring came off the part that cuts when you pull the rope. That prunes the smaller branches. We never found it. The bag already has a whole in the bottom, never put anything sharp away in it. And a wing nut came off the big blade. We had to stop in the middle of our project for my husband to try and find something else to work on it.
Haven’t yet but need to about what happened. We need the bag replaced, the wing nut, but most of all a new spring.
We needed something that would reach tall trees. We have an orchard on our property we prune every year and our cherry trees are the tallest.
