“Inefficient handling of order for birthday gift.”

I ordered a cake & bunch of flowers from Johannesburg ( South Africa) to my daughter on her birthday on 07.09.2016.The order was placed on line on 06.09.2016 but delivery could not be effected up till 6.30 PM on on 07.09.2016. When I called the help desk the response was extremely poor saying that orders are executed up to 8.30 PM.It defeats the very purpose of gift if it is not delivered in time.
I take an oath not to order any gift in future through this company.
