Thank you for shipping the parts I ordered on 27 July. Per your notification below, the order was shipped on 27 July. I paid $39.06 to have the order expedited and shipped overnite. I should have received the order on 28 July. Sadly, I did not receive the order until Monday, 31July.
Accordingly, I am requesting a credit for the difference between the overnite rate of $39.06 and the 4-5 day rate of $7.00. You may use the credit card number given at the time of the order to apply the credit.
