I've gone back and forth via email with Customer Support as they do a poor job at answering your specific questions. They only copy and paste generic answers it seems.
I paid for 1 year of subscription and a month later I asked them if wish to temporarily switch off (not delete) my profile what will happen with the rest of my unused time. The reply with cookie-cutter answers which leave me just as confused or worse than before.
I am ok with losing the time while my profile is switched OFF but I don't want to lose any unused membership time if I want to come back later and switch my profile ON again. This shouldn't be too difficult to clarify. Right?
I hope they see this and can clarify here.
