“Broken Rakhi delivered and that too late after several follow ups”

Please never go with Rakhi bazaar or Ferns and Petals of which they are a part of. I had a an extremely poor experience with these amateur guts. On 27 Aug 2023, I booked a Rakhi and Sweets to be delivered in Dubai on 28 August 2023. Nothing delivered on 28 Aug. Despite several calls and WhatsApp message follow ups with their Support team, they were very slow in responding. No delivery done on 29 Aug. On 30 Aug afternoon the delivery is done but Support team could not confirm it. I had to call my relatives to confirm. Shockingly, they deliver a broken rakhi. I sent the pic of broken rakhi to their support team, as expected, no response till now, no refund. What a poor show
