Horrible service! As a result of their inaccurate website description, I ordered the wrong part. While I was willing to accept some responsibility, GRP wasn't willing to accept any and absolutely refused to compromise or help in any way. Nevermind the fact that I now do not have an oven to cook Thanksgiving dinner!

They give vague, incomplete, and inaccurate descriptions of their products and will not accept responsibility for it.
