We had to identify a new housing option for my father with very little notice. I wasn't sure how to even begin and turned to A Place for Mom for some initial information. Within 30 minutes, I understood the right options for my dad, price ranges and location options. They also referred me to a financial assistance program that I was unaware of. I have always loved knitpicks and have been shopping with them for 10 years... yarn and notions and needles. I also buy from my LYS so have a good perspective on quality and service. I recently asked for a replacement on cables that had passed the warranty period of 1 year. They politely replaced the cables (one time courtesy) and didn't hassle me at all. Quick, easy and top notch.
