I have been shopping at Amazon.com for over 10 years and there has never been a problem they have not been able to fix for me. When I ordered an item and it didn't arrive on time (so I no longer needed it), they allowed me to return it at no charge. When an item I purchased did not work when I tried to use it, they allowed to to return it at no charge and credited my account in full so that I could order something else. When the case I thought was meant for my Kindle Fire was for the wrong generation, they did not even make me return it but credited my account in full so I could go back in and find the product that was appropriate for me. Almost every single order I have ever placed (hundred's of them) have arrived before the expected arrival date and although I am not a prime member I have received many things in the typical 2 day shipping time frame normally reserved for them (even when selecting the free shipping option). Overall, I cannot find one thing to complain about when shopping with Amazon.com, they have the lowest prices on most everything I need and are always go above and beyond in the rare event that there is a problem.
