I have ordered now 3 bathing suits and all were too small even after matching up measurements properly. This company does not provide a return shipping label which is somewhat understandable. The frustrating thing is you are required to pay for shipping, purchase tracking and take a picture of your receipt and send it by email. Seemed excessive and irritating considering the bathing suits should have fit fine based on the sizing chart. I do not plan to purchase here again.

Our design department works hard to make swimsuits as consistent as the size guide, which is based on the average customers' body figure. Nevertheless, some swimsuits would have a different fit for different body shapes. If you have an issue with the selection of sizes or styles next time, you can contact our customer service for some advice. Your feedback means a lot to our entire team. Furthermore, we regret that the return process did not meet your satisfaction. As displayed on our website, we do not provide shipping label and will not cover return shipping fee. Full refund could only be processed when necessary information is provided. Sincerely sorry if that bothered you. To make up for that, Cupshe usually provides other options for return/exchange to simplify the process. We will also keep working hard to optimize our return procedure.
