“Very bad tool”

I have purchased the tool and my exam after 2 days, the questions are incompleted. Lot of the questions are just: what the admin should do to fix the issue... without any scenario listed. And some of the answers are false. For example one of the answers is: reps with all the team below his role can access the record. That is very confusing. I sent many messages, emails for them to help. And no anwers. Very bad tool. Not recommended at all
