You'd think that after spending 1k on a security system that their parts department would be easy to get parts... wrong. They don't care. They said they don't carry the power chord and I would have to wait for them to call me back... still waiting and I am not happy... I won't be buying this system for future homes... that's for sure
Tip for consumers:
Don't lose your chords... they are hard to replace.. I lost my power chord in the moving process
