Jerry's is absolutely fine until you need help with a product you have purchased. Then, GOOD LUCK! I received a box of stretchers with a split stretcher and I am on my second phone call, this time on hold for over 1.5 hour, the first call I gave up after that length of time. I also emailed customer service over a week ago and no response there either. I just don't understand why a company with direct competition like $#*! Blick would allow such poor customer service?
