Let's be honest, not everybody wants to post their photo publicly, and give their phone number, driver's license, passport, etc, if they're just casually checking out a site like that, and can't initiate contact with other members anyway, unless they upgrade their membership to "premium"! I might return to the site later, but I really doubt it, since my account was suspended "for my safety" due to "unusual activity" before I even finished creating it! This is ridiculous. If they want to see my documents, I would first like for them to tell me, why they think my personal safety is at risk. Right now, I am more worried about their mental health, than my personal safety. Thank you very much.
We value every user. We understand your concerns. If you don't want your photos in the public album, you can upload them to the private album. Users do not have to provide information such as driver's licenses, passports, etc. To ensure the safety of our users, some users will be asked to verify if the system has detected unusual activity. We now offer a video verification method. If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to contact support AT Bicupid.com.
