I've been weeks trying to get a refund on faulty goods. You have to contact them via web page. I've been going round in circles for over a week, with incomprehensible emails from them, and getting nowhere.
The C. Service contact number is unrecognisable, and I find out by googling it that it is a US number.
No mention of this on the website.
No US code given.
No mention of call charges made.
NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!
