I recently bought a closet furniture. Bought that on 06/10 and monitor everyday the product, I am working from home and is waiting for the product all day till 13/10. Today I check it asked me to pick 1 suburb away, due to them not being able to "reach" me yesterday. I dont have a car and thats why I bought furniture online and now they want me to jump on train breaking my back, pick up a furniture cause they cannot reattempt the send. Later on when I ask for refund they say they need the product to be returned back by THEIR OWN courier to their warehouse then and ONLY THEN they will process my refund, which happened to be unreported anywhere since they just blatantly change your status to shipped, now I am waiting for my money refund like an idiot with not status at all for 2 weeks already. This company doesn't have its own courier and just don't care if its product never reach customer or gone. Really disappointing. Never gonna buy from this company again.
