Our experience from start was great, Jochen contacted and all looked professional and as well the ceremony on 3e of June was good organized. But after the 3e of June we still wait at the 14e (11 days later) for our confirmation that documents are shipped, very difficult to get updated information. I paid for the 2 days Apostille, it has a fairly difference between 1,2 and 3 till 5 days thats why I selected 2 days but why this difference if we need wait 14 days to wait still 11 days later to get answer is not clear to me. We hope soon we can give a better rating, because we believed in this company, but so far as we not get answers on our mails and we still not know when we get our documents we can see that information of the process and timing on the website is not correct.
