I found a truck online and contacted this company, who had no details about the vehicle even though they are selling it for their client. They would not put any details into an email and when I asked specific questions on the condition they said they would ask the seller and call me back which did not happen. It's seemed really odd if they're selling a vehicle and not even know what state the vehicle is located. I called back and was told it was sold and they sent me an email which they did not. The person I spoke with begin to raise his voice to me and was very rude. I'm sticking with only dealing with private sellers because not sure if this is a legitimate business. Only seems to be one person that answers the phone.

Henry, So sorry you feel you received poor service. Locations can vary, especially when we're dealing with several people with multiple homes. A few that come to mind go to FL winters and take their cars with them. Another one that comes to mind is a man with homes in 4 different states whose always moving things around. We've been in business well over 2 decades.
