How can you operate a business where your order takers no habla english? Placed an order to go and had to repeat everything several times to the idiot on the phone - and they screwed up the whole order. They got the price correct though. Charged for three dinners and we only received two ala carte.
I ordered a Kentucky Derby t-shirt on April 19th, over two weeks before the Derby on May 7th. The order said it would ship April 26th. Plenty of time to get the t-shirt in time for the Derby, right? Noooo, They didn't ship my t-shirt until May 5th - with an expected arrival date of May 11th. They offered me $10.00 off my next purchase with them - Ha Ha Ha.
