Takealot has jumped from 10 out of 10 to 1 out of 10.
At first you used to get notified where and when your delivery will be delivered via text. That is no longer the case.
The delivery date stipulated is not adhered to and there is NO communication to notify you why there is a delay.
As a loyal customer this is really bad service especially once you have set the benchmark so high.
Perhaps they should stop outsourcing on franchises as that is not working at all.
