I started using EssayPro.com last quarter for a couple of short essays and haven't had any major problems with them. I like to use a couple of the same writers, so I added them as favorites and add (Hire) them when putting in an order. At times I have had to use other writers and it's been okay. If there are any problems with their writing I have just asked them to do it again and explain what or how I want the paper or assignment. When waiting for Bids, don't be fooled by the writers who cost more than others, this doesn't mean they are any better than the writers that bid low. And when looking at the ratings on writers don't be fooled just because they have 5 stars. This could be because they are new and have only had 3 people rate them. Always read their reviews. On every writers page they have a color wheel showing what kind of writing they have done for customers but just because they don't have anything saying they have written on your topic, doesn't mean they haven't written on your topic, they may just list this as other topics on their color wheel. As for their profile pictures, the photos are just random photos. I started noticing this when I found one writer had Cornell West as his/her photo.
EssayPros is like any other writing service where you add your order and the writers add their bids, I always wait a lot longer for more bids to come up. I don't like to add a writer until I find out a little info first. Some of the writers get online to add their bids and then leave, but some wait to see if they are picked for the assignments. I like to ask questions on the subject and if that writer can't answer the question, then I won't use them. Also, if you hire a writer and the paper is not to your standards and you ask the writer to revise it and it's still not what you want, you can cancel your order and add a new order. The money you have added will go towards you new order. You can pay with credit card or paypal. After you open a new order and hire a writer you will be sent to the pay page and it will ask you how you want to pay, then that money is held until the the paper is complete and you are ready to release the funds. After a couple more times of using them, I stopped and last week I thought, that maybe, just maybe things had changed, but no. I was wrong. I sent it back (They had not changed anything). And again they asked for my time, plus I gave instructions on what to write. But they kept sending me the same paper back, saying it was rewritten. So I wrote the 5 pages myself and chatted with the support and let them know I was finished with my paper and I wanted my money back. This time they asked to see my paper that I wrote. I told them to go $#*! Themselves. Knowing them they would take my paper and sell it to someone else. The customer service person kept disrespecting me, and again they wouldn't give me a full refund because they said that I could have taken the paper "The writer wrote" (Which was My paper, to begin with) and used it. LOL I kept telling them to review all the revision papers and let me know if anything was changed by the "Writer" but of course, this person kept saying "I have" and it is different. I let them know I knew they were a scam. Also, They have 2 different websites so be careful. The use Topwriter.com, Something like Topwriting.com or. Org. And both websites look different on the home page.
