Absolute waste of time, money, and resources. DO NOT USE. My case manager Hugh was non-existent and no help what-so-ever, no response to calls or texts for days. Their slogan is "Recover the Unrecoverable" and within 1 hour of my drive being delivered they deemed it "unrecoverable"...so much for that reassurance. The evaluation is NOT "Free", they required me to pay $40 to ship it back.
Tip for consumers:
Terrible communication, assistance, and overall experience. Felt cheated that I even had to pay $40 to get my media back.

NOTHING. Tried using their Data Recovery Services.
