I just placed an order for a Broyhill pie safe last night. I was sent a receipt and confirmation number. This morning I received an email saying that my order cannot be processed at this time and had been canceled. No reason as to why. I called Customer Service just now and told them what happened. Without even asking for my order number, the woman on the other end said that she "could no longer get that item" for me. She acted as if she could not WAIT to get off the phone, and just kept saying "Ok, ma'am. OK. I'll check on it for you." She did not even know who I was! I told her that I would have appreciated an explanation in the cryptic email I received about the cancellation and I asked if my credit card had "for sure" not been charged. She confirmed that it had not. I will follow up with the credit card company to be sure.
Bottom line-- if this is the "great" customer service they advertise all over their website and the phone system, they deserve no one's business! The indication is that they are flaky and untrustworthy.
