I never got my order. When I called customer service they batted me back to UPS who batted me back to Jeffers. Jeffers customer service basically said they had shipped it so it was my problem and I could file a claim with UPS. UPS says they returned the shipment because they couldn't find the address and I should get a refund from Jeffers since the product was returned to them. So I'm out $400 and a dozen "please hold" phone call sessions. I never had this issue before and was very satisfied, but I won't be ordering from Jeffers ever again. I tried to add proof of purchase, but it won't accept the pdf file. If you can tell me how to fix this, I'll send it. I don't know how to convert to jpg.
