Diadem has now credited my card for this order. It took my submitting my original review, along with threats to contact the Consumer Protection Bureau, the BBB, and to post additional reviews on other social media sites, to elicit a response to them. As previously stated, my prior emails to them were ignored. While I am grateful for the refund, this issue took months to resolve and way too much of my time. I am adding one star because of the refund, but I strongly caution readers about doing business with this company.

On our FAQ page, we state that if you have any questions or concerns that aren't answered on our website to email us at our customer support address (help@diademboutique.com). We only received one email from you which we responded to in a timely manner. We ship hundreds of orders every week and have improve our practices by now shipping all US orders from the US!
