I am amending my review after Customer Service offered a full refund, shipping included! However, my review title still stands: I believe their size charts are questionable, and there is a lot of "small print" policy info on their site that should be read carefully, especially as pertains to returns.

I consulted the size chart and read reviews before ordering a new raincoat. My $25.98 item arrived in good time, but the shipping was a little steep at $10.36. However, the fit was unacceptable—bust too small, hips way too big, and sleeves way too long—and I wanted to return the raincoat. I submitted a customer service ticket to obtain a Product Return Form.
The reply I received stated "Due to the global epidemic, we were forced to close our overseas warehouses." The item had to be returned to China, yet it was shipped from Springfield Gardens, New York! None of this was mentioned on the website. Customer Service further stated "Returns can take from 20-30 days" and "returning to China may not be the most economical option" and "we suggest keeping the item." They also proposed two other offers: 20% reward of product value or 10% refund of product value.
I would be wary of ordering from this company unless you know exactly what you want. This was a disappointing experience, but at least the company made it right in the end.
