Purchased a pair of shoes on sale online store. When I received the Item, it was the wrong shoes in the box. When I contacted customer service. They then wanted me to take them and return them through UPS. Taking my own time And gas to return them. They then would not send me the shoes that I actually ordered. They said I would have to reorder, they don't do exchanges.
So now I have to take my time money to return. The shoes are no longer on sale. So I would have to pay a more expensive price for the ones that I wanted. And all they offered me was a 15% coupon discount. All for their mistake.
