I placed order 7345 on 10/21/23. My order was marked as delivered to customer. I never received my order and contacted them. Like other complaints say that automated system picks up all the time. I was able to speak to a human twice. I was basically told there's nothing they can do and to dispute the charge. Horrible customer service. So I decided to open a claim with ups. Ups approved the claim on 11/16 for refund but unfortunately they have to go through the sender (hover 1) Hover 1 has been dragging their feet and not filling out the paperwork that's needed to process my refund. This is very unprofessional. I keep being told they are waiting on someone from the warehouse to do it. I have sent 3 emails that have yet to be answered. It is now 12/22/23 and I still don't have a refund for my order. It definitely would've been more easy to just dispute the charge!
