“Scam”

It's a totally a scam, I bought a return ticket and I paid almost 800 kr more to be flexible and I can change it later, when I call the a very rude and impolite person answer and says I can change the ticket before my first flight so I can't change my return flight. Is a total scam because I paid flexible flight. Very bad company.
