I am Barış Şahin and I am an Erasmus student for the 2022 Spring Term.
Few days ago I made a booking for a flat with flexible refunding policy. In the website it says cleaning service and bills are included in the price. However, after I made the reservation, when the landlord reached me via e-mail he said no cleaning service + bills will cost 55 Euro.
My arrival date is 3 days and 1 month later and I have 3 days till my flexible refund option ends. And I am still waiting for erasmusu.com 's response to get a refund.
