I come to family Dollar to put money on my American Express bluebird card and every time I come here, the female daytime manager goes to McDonald's to get a caramel latte and stays gone for 2 hours and I have to sit here in the parking lot and wait for them to get back because I have bills that are going to go through on that card and I have to have money on it. It will only let me put $500 on it at a time which is ridiculous. I gave it two stars because the night manager at the store on South shady Street in mountain City is always here and always gets me in and out in less than 5 minutes and lets me load the money on my card. If the daytime manager were as efficient as the nighttime manager, I would be leaving five stars. The daytime manager is never in the store and obviously doesn't want to do her job. See a picture of me sitting in the parking lot waiting for the daytime manager to decide to come back to work. I don't care for people leaving work on their break, but don't leave your customers unable to be waited on. Additionally, the store hasn't even been open 2 hours so why is anyone taking a break. The break laws in Tennessee are such that you don't get a break until you've been there for 2 hours. If you're the only person that can load money onto a card then you need to stay at the store until someone else in the store can perform that operation for your customers or you need to train someone else to do it so you can leave and your customers are still taken care of
