After a 'free' CV review, I contracted with Top Cv for a re-write. I had expectations that they'd be able to add polish and reword my CV.
I was sorely disappointed! The writer could barefly construct a sentence in English and most of the first draft was something Stanley Unwin would've been proud of. After a second disastrous draft, I asked for a new writer and got someone who could at least string a sentence together, it may not have been fluent or grammatically correct, but it was better than the first.
Sadly it was still some way short of being remotely usable. I have asked for a refund and have referred them to the consumer council as they're failing to deliver what they contract to do.
