I had the computer from Newegg since May 26,2018 and by August the hard drive, made by Seagate was not working. Newegg said it is not their problem since Seagate made the drive and could/would not help. Seagate requires ridiculous packaging for returns that would cost more than $200, more than the cost of a hard drive.
