I Purchase new side by side refrigerate in 2015 of February. Now the seal system is gone and it just turn 3 years old with no manufacture warranty on major parts. I was sold a faulty Item which the company won't give any sort of major warranty on it. I want to say that your service of warranty on your appliances is not a good thing also your Appliances when selling them to your customers. I now have to purchase another refrigerator or pay for the cost to fix it, which is the cost of the refrigerator I bought and some. I will not buy any more appliances from you all.
Tip for consumers:
Please be careful buying products from Lowes when you don't purchase the extended warranty which we don't think we would need it since a refrigerator suppose to last up to 10 to 12 years.
