Duke Energy is the most expensive, yet the least reliable company. Too many power outages, and terrible customer service. When you call them you only get to speak with customer service reps from India or elsewhere who are using American names. They seem to be reading from a script. No matter what you try to explain to them they keep repeating the same thing. Unfortunately, most of us don't have a choice we can only have Duke Energy as electricity in our area. We are being held against our own will with this HORRIBLE company. They need to be investigated by the feds. I wish I could rate them a 0 star.
