My flight was canceled. No email, no text, nothing. I tried to call, they only serving customer whos flight within 24 hrs.
Good thing that I had enough money to buy a ticket back home with another company. I understand that it's a hard time for everybody, but they have enough resources to send emails with advertisements every hour. Will never use their service again.

* CheapOair attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
