ReadyRefresh wrongly charged us for servicing our water cooler, despite it being part of our service plan. When we contacted them, they assured us of a credit. However, during the subsequent water delivery, their system failed to apply the credit, leading to an overdraft in our bank account. Despite the assurances from a manager, promising a delivery within two days, along with three complimentary bottles of water and a refund for the erroneous charge, none of these commitments were honored. Three days later, we received neither water nor a refund. This isn't the first time we've experienced issues with ReadyRefresh, but this incident has been especially disappointing. Their management's lack of integrity and consistent failure to fulfill contractual obligations make them a service to avoid at all costs – they are not to be trusted.

Tip for consumers:
They will take more money than you owe. Tell you they will deliver and not do that. Then when you ask for any reimbursement their silver tongued managers will lie to you and say they will resolve the issue, and never do!
