I ordered a salwar kameez end of Sept. 2020 and paid with prepayment as usually happens. I am situated in Germany. Indianclothstore told me that they had not received the payment. Payment transfer was 3 times carefully checked by the bank (all bank data details were correct)and confirmed that the money was successfully transferred and credited on their bank account. Proofs by my bank have been submitted to them. They refused to submit proof from their own bank that they have not received the payment. Indianclothstore neither returned my payments nor have I received any salwar kameez.
