Had a terrible experience with ZTO express 中通快递. Wanted to send some items from Xi'An to Harbin. So went to a convenience store that offers ZTO express service. My first time so decided to try out. After 2 weeks, items still haven't reached Harbin, when we tracked it online, it shows that it was already received by some random person with a weird name. Called ZTO and asked what happened. IRONICALLY they don't know how to and also not sure where to track or when did the item went missing and how to find the missing items.

After a few days of no reply, called them again they switched off their phone!

Not only an irresponsible, useless courier service, but also a COWARD.

Those items cost RMB 1300++, how easy for ZTO express to just ignore and let it slide to prevent paying for refund..
